Born and raised in Miami, Florida, AYME LOREN first stepped on to the stage at age 3 where she sang “When You Wish Upon a Star” in the stage production of Peter Pan. At that very moment, she discovered a love for performance. AYME LOREN contined to study piano, dance, and acting, and went on to attend New World School of the Arts’ musical theatre high school program.

While AYME LOREN attended FSU’s School of Music program, she had her 1st recording studio experience and was hooked. Inspired by bands ranging from the Beatles to U2, as well as female singer/songwriters Alanis Morissette, Sheryl Crow and Sarah McLachlan, AYME LOREN began to immerse herself in the craft of songwriting and embark on a journey in search of her own, authentic voice.

AYME LOREN’s magnetic personality, passionate voice and energetic performance style really shone through when she was selected from thousands worldwide as the winner of Miami’s hit radio station Y-100′s BIG BREAK CONTEST. AYME LOREN was awarded with a two-song demo deal with world-renowned producer, Emilio Estefan.

AYME LOREN is a member of the M.O.S.T., a songwriting/publishing venture headed by soul/R&B diva, Betty Wright (vocal coach for P. Diddy’s “Making the Band” on MTV as well as recording artists such as Joss Stone and Gloria Estefan).

AYME LOREN especially finds time to support the Rett Syndrome cause and uses her music to help build awareness. Though committed to her own creative path, AYME LOREN is an advocate in the special needs community and strongly desires to help others find their voice.

AYME LOREN is currently in the studio recording an album with her band and Steve Gordon (Gold & Platinum Record Producer, Engineer and Songwriter), who has worked with artists such as Bon Jovi, Rob Thomas, Natalie Cole, Prince, Regina Belle, and Donell Jones, to name a few.
